We understand that travel plans may change. Our refund and cancellation terms are as follows:

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers can request cancellation of their booked tour package by contacting us through email or phone.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges will depend on the cancellation date, package terms, hotel/transportation bookings and other supplier charges. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

3. Refund

If a refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable expenses.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. The time taken may depend on the bank, payment gateway or service provider.

5. Cancellation by Company

In certain situations, we may cancel or modify a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation problems or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will provide an alternative arrangement or applicable refund according to the booking terms.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain hotel bookings, transportation tickets, special offers, promotional packages or last-minute bookings may be non-refundable.
