Customers may cancel their tour plan or travel package by contacting us through our official email or mobile number.

1. Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. The cancellation date will be considered from the date we receive the cancellation request.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the package booked, cancellation date, hotel, transportation and other service provider policies.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain bookings, promotional offers, special rates, hotel reservations, transportation tickets or last-minute bookings may be non-refundable.

4. Refund

If a refund is applicable, the amount will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable expenses, as per the booking terms.

5. Cancellation by Company

We may cancel or modify a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
